**Refund & Return Policy**

**Tide by Kahu Ltd**

At Tide by Kahu Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide returns for sizing exchanges under the following terms:

### **No Refunds Policy**

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or order cancellations once an order has been processed.

### **Returns for Sizing**

If you receive your item and find that it does not fit correctly, we are happy to offer a return for an exchange in size, subject to the following conditions:

* The item must be returned **within 14 days** of delivery.
* Items must be **unworn, unwashed, and in original condition**, including all tags and packaging.
* Customers are responsible for all **return shipping costs**.
* Exchanges are **subject to availability**. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

### **How to Return for Sizing**

1. Email us at **[tidebykahu@gmail.com](mailto:tidebykahu@gmail.com)** with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship the new size or issue store credit.

### **Non-returnable Items**

We cannot accept returns on:

* Sale or discounted items
* Custom or limited-edition products
* Items returned without prior approval
